AGB_m_points_Baljurashi.csv
This CSV file contains point-level Above-Ground Biomass (AGB) data for Baljurashi Governorate in the Al Baha Region, Saudi Arabia. The dataset includes 88 georeferenced records derived from 418 field plots and remote sensing analysis. AGB values are expressed in tonnes per hectare (Mg/ha).
Key attributes:
OBJECTID – Unique identifier for each point x, y – Longitude and latitude in decimal degrees (WGS84) AGB – Above-Ground Biomass estimate (0–18.013 Mg/ha) fld_name, fld_title, fld_unit – Field metadata describing the biomass variable min_val, max_val – Minimum and maximum observed values data_pt – Total number of field plots used (418) region, country – Location metadata (Al Baha, Saudi Arabia)
This dataset supports forest monitoring, carbon stock estimation, and sustainable land-use planning, and was developed by FAO in collaboration with the National Center for Vegetation Cover (NCVC).
