Total Biomass Mapping in Baljurashi Governorate, Al Baha Region, Saudi Arabia

This dataset presents the spatial distribution of Total Biomass (TB) in Baljurashi Governorate, located in Al Baha Region of Saudi Arabia. Total Biomass values represent the sum of above-ground and below-ground biomass, expressed in megagrams per hectare (Mg/ha). Estimates were derived from field measurements, wood-density data, and satellite-based modeling. The map supports carbon accounting, ecosystem productivity assessment, and sustainable forest management within the framework of the FAO–NCVC vegetation cover monitoring initiative.
